Who was the female commentator who called the game on ESPN?

Don't remember her name. But she's ugly, too. Not sure she'd get it even when drunk...

Ya Beth Mowins....one of my friends pointed out how she says YARDS..."YAAARRDDSSSS" like a godamn pirate and I can't un-hear it...take a listen...we made up a drinking game for every time she says the shite.

I honestly can’t Brother. I’ve been trying to un-hear it since last night. The closest think I can equate it to is a lawn mower being driven over loose gravel throwing stones into a herd of cows.

There was a point early in the game, maybe pregame, where in the same sentence she said 1)AP is coming off like a 20somethign game losing streat 2) they'd had some of the best recruiting classes in america lately 3)called their coach teh wrong name

Later in the game she also called ours kirby smith.

She's terrible.

Beth was awful. I haven't found what she does well (I cant stand her for college softball either)

I tried to setup the radio to go with the game, but my wife revolted (she doesn't like the delay on the satellite to the radio).

That said, the guy with Beth was actually pretty good. Anthony Becht. He was also on some radio interviews locally on Monday and Tuesday. I can see him moving up the chain at ESPN to cover bigger games in the next year or two.

He's a fun guy to hang with as well; I got to know him a bit because he hangs out at a buddy of mine's sports bar in Johns Creek. Real short dude (about 5'5" or so).

she reminds me of that 13wmaz anchor lady out of Macon. Terrible..just terrible.

They also went into some 5 min long commentary about how great Bama was during the first half while we were driving. That shite pisses me off.

Even my wife said “Do they know which game they’re watching?”
