TRAITOR.......enjoy selling used cars on Airline Hwy. LOSER! You will never get a job in this state. Your family will never get a job in this state again. You betrayed your home team.
Am I doing it right LSU fans?

I really have always felt the kid did not like the depth chart at Bama and wanted to start right out the gate.
I think he feels UGA gives him that shot .MHOP.

Oh well onto Thibs, Sanders, Neal & Dean for the next 9 days. Should be a wild ride.

I'm glad no one is melting in here.
I just looked over at BOL and some of them are losing their shite.

I think most of us would have loved to have Webb but the combination of: (1) it not being a position of need, (2) him being slightly less dominate at later camps and (3) spots so limited in this class; kind of take most of the sting out of it.
Hate to lose a talented in-state kid, but at least it's not to AU.

Well that sucks with Webb but oh well. Good luck to him. I hope they take battle now also

From BamaInsider Recruiting notes this morning (Bone)
Alabama will take one more DB in this class
"Keep a close eye on Jordan Battle. The pressure is certainly on for the four-star DB to make a decision possibly within the next 24 hours. .
Alabama is also scheduled to visit with Noa Pola-Gates this evening. Will Battle have a decision in before Pola-Gates? Will Pola-Gates commit before Battle? Definitely appears as Alabama will push for one to make a decision prior to visiting Marcus Banks on Thursday. Nick Saban, Jeff Banks and Karl Scott have an in-home visit scheduled with Banks."
Who do yall think the Staff ranks higher if only taking one DB? The Rivals rankings are as follows:
#114 Pola-Gates 5'11' 180 Safety
#134 Jordan Battle 6'2 185 Saftey
#170 Markus Banks 6'1" 170 Corner Back
We're getting one. Which one?

Getting too old to melt!! I think most here knew that over the last several weeks that Webb was likely going elsewhere. As stated before, hate to lose an instate kid, but he wasn't of a utmost priority. Good luck to the kid except anytime UGA and BAMA cross paths.

Not that he's not extremely talented, but the Dalcourt commitment makes a lot of sense now. It's almost like Saban knows what he's doing.

December 19 is the day Dean will announce his decision.
"My last day of school is Tuesday because of the All-Star game, and I think I will know my decision in the coming days. I know I am getting close."
There is really about three schools on my list now."
One will have to separate itself from the other two in the coming days. Coaches have been in his home the last couple of weeks and he still has others coming to make their final pitch Monday and Tuesday.
"It will basically be how I feel and how comfortable I am with school, the coaches and things like that. How my mother feels is important too, and that will play into it, but it will mainly be about my feelings towards the school.
ALABAMA: "The culture at Alabama is the biggest reason I like them."
He is not only a top recruit, but a top student that carries a GPA of 4.2. Dean has worked hard to get here and he is thankful for the opportunity.
"I have been looking forward to this day since the recruiting process started," said Dean. "I have been thinking about picking the school, playing college football and living out my dreams. It has been a long process and I am looking forward to December 19."

You just hate to lose an in-state 5-star whether he is at a position of need or not. Most times the PR aspect of it is important too.
Having three in State 5-stars and not landing anyone is perceptually a loss. Even though I think we really would have liked to have Pickens out of the theee.
