I really though Clemson was the best team in the country and they got dismantled. Looks like Bama is rolling to another nc.
I called a Bama / OU final with Bama winning. Almost came true. UGA just played a little better late and made a few big plays on special teams. They slowed Mayfield down but he still had a hell of a game.
I did however totally miss our game. I never thought we would come out flat in this game. It had the makings of a total domination. I was certainly wrong
I think Bama wins the Championship.

Imagine Bama with Mayfield as QB.
Of course that might be Tua...

I live in Georgia so I'm pulling for Bama.
A National title is a rare and special thing. Bama will just put this trophy next to the others, but it will be a huge boost to UGA and I don't want the dogs to have the pleasure.
Plus even if Bama does not win the game They will wait a few years and claim the National Championship anyway.

I was really hoping to see Auburn play Washington in the Benz next fall, but I'll be pulling for a sinkhole, meteorite, gas main explosion, alien invasion, or whatever to collapse that stadium at kickoff.

I have never pulled for Bama to win a game, but damn if I don't want them to win this one. Georgia fans are insufferable in normal times, let alone if they won a natty.

Failing a nuclear strike by the North Koreans on MBS,
I am rooting for groin pulls, hamstrings, high ankle sprains and food poisoning accompanied by explosive diarrhea.

I just really want Bama to win so the team that finished 3rd in the SEC will be champions. Thus, highlighting the flawed post season in CFB. Hopefully, it will get things like permanent opponents removed, and some automatic requirements for the playoffs in place.

That happened in 2011 and it didn’t change anything.
Maybe I’m just an old fart, but I can remember when AU-UGA really was a “friendly” rivalry, with lots of connections between the schools.
I lived in GA back during the Herschel years and the worst UGA fan I ever encountered was more sane than 90% of the Bammer fan base. I just don’t get why so many of you prefer Bama over UGA.

Because its the only thing Auburn has left to hold over UGA.
And that is it in a nutshell

That game literally gave us the playoffs

I have lived in North Alabama most of my life, and for every UGA fan I have ever met, I know 100,000 Bama fans, most of whom make the idiots on tRant look like Mensa members. I am sorry for Y’all’s predicament, but frick Bama. I will never “root” for them in any shape, form, or fashion.

But if Bama wins, both teams will have something to hold over us. If Bama loses, they'll have nothing to show for their season. If they win, will they really give a frick about losing the IB? A Bama win pretty much assures our own season as irrelevant, so I'd like at least one of those teams to remember losing to us. Win or lose next week, UGA already has the upper hand on us with an SEC title. Right now, Bama still has nothing to hang their hats on. The way the season played out for us, I need a silver lining...I sure AF want to be talking shite to someone in the offseason

Let’s be honest here. We lost 4 games.... our season is irrelevant

Bama respects us, at least my friends do. The UGa people I know are idiots. Everything we do is luck and they are this and that etc. Uga fans are bigger red necks. I grew up never pulling for Bama and I won’t start now. I’ll take pleasure in whoever loses without worrying about who wins.
I do think Bama will win by 2 or 3 TD’s. UGa typically chokes this type of opportunity and Bama seems pissed.

This. But because I want Bama to win, UGA will win.

Minority here but never Bama, I obviously don't have to put up with Georgia fans the way some of you do. And from a SEC standpoint it just looks better to spread it around, instead of having one dominate team and a bunch of also-ran's. If anything it shows the need for a expanded playoff when so many other conferences can't crack the top four.

Im mildly surprised how quickly uga fans submit to Bama. They seem down.
