The law is failing to protect people living within the confines of the law.
The only option left is to start hurting people enough so they stay away.

Actually - the previous bill would have made it law that the border is open to immigration.
This bill gives ~ the same amount of tax payers money away but it doesn't codify the border as being open.

Get them into a contact sport: Football, wrestling, Jiujitsu, etc….
When they get in sixth grade join a gym and start lifting weights with them.
There is a confidence that comes from knowing you can whip 90% of people your age.
