I know you guys don't need them against our 1* and 2* guys, but just wondering if any of these were expected to contribute prior to the season?

Rashard Lawrence

Donavaughn Campbell, Caleb Roddy, Frank Herron, Kristian Fulton

i don't think any were expected to be big players... all backups. It won't matter what they do. Grantham's defense will steal their Guice and take all their lunch money

None of those guys mean much. I did my homework. LSU has more power coming back for this game than losing some backups.

All of them were expected to contribute. Caleb maybe not so much as we have plenty of TE's. The big ones missing for State this weekend will be Lawrence, Herron and I guess you can thrown Campbell in there only for depth purposes.

Lawrence and Campbell are the only two players on the 2-deep, and Lawrence is the only real loss. None of Herron, Roddy or Fulton have played a snap yet. I'm not sure if Anderson has played, but he doesn't have a reception yet.

How will LSU survive losing all that production?

Are you asking if Rasheed Lawrence was expected to contribute before the season? Yes. He's our biggest player on the line and a beast. He was the talk of fall camp. Got hurt the first game.

Lawrence is a starter and I wouldnt rule him out.

Campbell was expected to win the RG job but has been out with injury, that's why we rotate the 2 true freshmen there Ingram and Charles. Both have played pretty well. So much so they are going to continue to rotate them against MSU.

Roddy is a 3rd or 4th string TE.

Herron is Lawrence's backup at DE

Fulton is a 3rd string corner.

Lawrence will be missed. Herron hasn't played all year.

I didn't realize State cared so much about this game.

why?

why not hype up the games that matter to your program?

Lawrence might be badly missed, moreso because Herron should have been his backup. Herron is a fifth-year senior who has looked pretty good at times and Lawrence beat him out.

So, a redshirt freshman will start at DE and the first DE off the bench will be a true freshman.

The DL worries me the most about this game. Maybe the mad scientist can scheme around it.

I think Lawrence and Herron were expected to contribute on the DL, but Herron hasn't played yet and Lawrence was injured in the BYU game and hasn't returned yet. I think all the others are true freshmen who weren't expected to make a big impact this early.

Would not be surprised if Fulton transferred.

MUS will be 2-3 after the next 3 weekends and we will no longer be subjected to the BS grind crapola

Lawrence is the only starter. Campbell and Herron should be contributing as back ups.

Huge loss.

The rest were depth, not a lot more. Herron can be good at times, he'll be missed but nothing like Lawrence.
