Lots of lawyering going on his statement.
No. It was an implication that our guys are men (willing to battle it out on the field) and UF (specifically the administration) were not manly at all.

We offered full or empty stadium. It's not up to us what Florida would do with their tickets.
The only way you could offer to play in a full stadium is by also allowing UF to postpone the game time decision. Is there any indication that that was preferred?

So why didn't Florida offer Monday as an option
Don't know. What has almost every LSU fan claimed Alleva offered Monday?

Because there's an echo chamber on TD and every retard from there is coming over and spouting off incorrect shite. They've been doing it all week.

How does it feel knowing Foley practically eliminated LSU from SEC title contention?
It's baffling a respectable fanbase like Florida can have this mindset with a clear conscience. What a shitstain fanbase.

Please elaborate. What incorrect shite is being spouted off now.

Aleva's just saying all that stuff to survive another week in Baton Rouge without getting strung up. He's lying out of his arse, lol.

I would enjoy reading the Florida AD side of these facts.

No, but it was proffered.

Just curious since you are parsing hairs over what Alleva "offered".
What did Florida, the host site, offer? It is their responsibility to come up with options, not the visiting team. LSU was willing to come Saturday up until the time the decision was made that it could not be played at that date/time.

Florida believed all week the game would have been playable this weekend. From Barnhart:
I talked to Florida athletic director Jeremy Foley late Thursday afternoon. His explanation was simple: As of Wednesday at 4 p.m., it looked as if the storm was on a track that would’ve made Saturday’s game possible with a later kickoff than noon, as was originally scheduled.
Obviously, the folks at LSU look at things different. LSU’s position is it went the extra mile to relocate the game to Baton Rouge and Florida said no because the possibility existed that the game could be played Gainesville.

So UF banked on this and fiddled their thumbs all week with absolutely no contingency plan
Embarrassing for the supposedly, "best athletic department" in the country

Relocate the game to Baton Rouge. Or play it in Gainesville on Sunday. Or Monday.
UF refused or didn't offer any other options. It was Saturday of cancel, apparently.
I do appreciate the spin, though. Really. Make LSU look like the bad guys for offering to help get the game played at a location out of the way of the hurricane.
UF didn't even look for a neutral site at all, both Foley and Alleva have confirmed that. I'm sure you'll try and blame LSU for not trying to find the neutral site, too.

Yeah just leave out the whole part where LSU said they would still play in Gainesville. Got to keep spouting off that misinformation

Does he know what it takes to put on a football game? The entire time LSU was pestering him to make a plan B due to lack of resources with the hurricane.

Foley didn't do anything to make this game happen. If he did I'll hang up and listen to your answer.

So nothing!!! Exactly. It was a fukin hurricane. They are unpredictable. Part of his job is to be able to think on his feet and prepare for things like this. Have options available should plan A fall thru ike all the other schools affected did! What a joke
