I'm shocked that the OP wasn't a LSU fan. This is right in their wheelhouse.

I recently came across this play. It's from the 2001 Auburn - Vandy game

What are you, 5 years old? How did you "Recently come across that play?

Always known as one of the worst calls ever

I'd love to know what the ref was thinking?...

Luckily we won this game.

I would say the two years in a row the refs screwed Vandy out of wins over Florida when Cutler was QB at Vandy.

Kentucky got robbed at Florida in 2014. I'm man enough to admit it.

OP I've never seen this which is a shocker to begin with. That is the worst call I've ever seen.

On the flip side, this forearm shiver by the referee is legit.

The Stoerner Stumble.

We all know the ground cannot force a fumble.

I always think of LSU @ Auburn in 06 because it was such a great game marred by some terrible officiating.

Does anybody here remember the end of the 1995 Iron Bowl?? Freddie to Curtis Brown in the end zone for the win... Clear possession by Curtis, but waived off by the Auburn ref...

PP7 interception at Bama. No excuse for that with replay.

Not calling the offsides at the end of the A&M/LSU game a couple years ago. If they had gotten that call right, Jimbo might be coaching at LSU right now.

The missed horse collar on Johnny.

The hold call on Honey Boo rather than clothesline, swinging at that. Should have been ejected.

For no calls, the blatant holding at the goal line by the Tennessee player last night on the play that Dobbs didn't really get in the endzone.
