Most satisfying OOC win? (bowl or not)

The OOC games/bowls that had a story behind them. Bad blood between the teams etc.
These past couple championships between Alabama, Texas, and Notre Dame had to be so sweet for the older Bama fans (40-60). For some reason, the Bear had a lot of trouble against the Fighting Irish and Texas. Albeit I do remember hearing about Joe Namath's phantom touchdown against the Longhorns in the early 60s that lost them the game? Can anyone clarify that?
A few I can think of for rival teams are the Miami-LSU 2006 game that pretty much sealed Coker's fate, A&M vs. Oklahoma 2012, and Ole Miss vs. Texas the year after Texas clobbered them.

Clempson all day everyday. Followed by UNC.
With that said beating Nebraska, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Miami in 4 straight bowls was pretty cool... despite them not being at their program peaks (to say the least)

Beating Ohio State was the most satisfying for me. I've always hated that state and university.

There's no "bad blood", but definitely Notre Dame on their home field. They owned us for far too long.

Always has been, always will be Georgia Tech. THWGT!!
Edit: I will say that this past year beating Penn St. was quite satisfying getting revenge, if but a small portion, for the 1983 Sugar Bowl.

The Virginia Tech game in '07
Oregon/West Virginia in '11
All 3 of those teams went on to be conference champs those years and the respective LSU teams took them to the woodshed.

2008 Cotton Bowl vs Arkansas (pre sec expansion of course)
Arkansas fans talked a bunch of smack about our weak schedule. They had also beaten us 4 years earlier. Watching us stuff DMC/wildhog and having Tony Temple set a cotton bowl record in a 38-7 rout was extremely fun.
Beating Oklahoma State in the 2014 Cotton Bowl was almost as satisfying considering how OSU was a dropped INT away from being big12 champions

2008 Cotton Bowl vs Texas Tech. Their fans were awful and their team was overrated.

'84 Cotton Bowl(83 season).Upset #2 ranked and undefeated Texas also denied them the MNC
Clemson '84 also ranked #2.
GT '09...knocked em out of the top 10.

I was thinking this one as well. Will never forget the OL with the face paint nearly crying.

2007 Sugar Bowl arse whooping of Notre Dame was pretty dope.

Beating Texas' arse in the '00 Cotton Bowl. It was our first game against them since we left the SWC and it was great to smoke them.

The latest one would be the Texas Bowl game where we toasted Texas. After the previous Petrino scandal, Johnelle, and years of sucking so bad, that game felt so good - especially against Texas.

Those 2 teams and those 2 only could dominate Bama when Bama was at its peak with Bryant. They didn't beat Sun bowl Bama teams or probation riddled teams. They dominated some of the best Bama teams of all time. It was so dam frustrating. Then to get those two teams and both in national title games and win both convincingly, it just didn't get any better.

I think LSU's Peach Bowl wins against Georgia Tech and Miami were awesome, also. We killed them as consensus underdogs. Bert Jones' win over Notre Dame was pretty sweet!

It's weird how much Missouri fans brag about a game where we had no head coach (even if it was Nutt) and the players didn't give a shite.

2007 win over #9 VT. We dominated start to finish.
48-7 in a top 10 match up.
