could it be that some of the evidence was tainted and the DA did not want to admit this, therefore they do not have enough true evidence to go forward?

Too bad they were not arrested in Fairfield AL. The town may not be broke.

If anyone thinks the right representation doesn't make all the difference they've never been arrested for a roach in the ashtray and treated like they had been on a killing spree.
I hate corrupt police and legal system.

I'm glad the way it turned out for them, but I was never a football star.
