Update: Charges not dropped on Cam Robinson case. DA just chose not to prosecute at this time. https://bit.ly/28J0zvV 1:19 PM - 20 Jun 2016

quote:

The charges were not dropped completely, however. The clerk’s office said the case could proceed in the future if new evidence is presented. But for now, no future court dates are scheduled.

Maybe they’re waiting to spring those the week before the Alabama-LSU game.

Will Sgt. Tommy Crowson be reprimanded for making warrantless arrests with insufficient evidence to even bring this before a grand jury?

Well, the story sounded like a set up from the beginning anyway. Glad justice prevailed.

Justice has been done. Louisiana unfairly arrests these kids, and now the charges are dropped.

Why no sticky.

Something so glorious should be mandatory reading!

Well, now if two LSU players get busted in AL we will owe them a favor. Tell your players to smoke it up when they visit.

Universal air tight defense if you get pulled over for speeding or for murdering someone: Look, I've spent the last ten years mowing my yard and tending to my garden and shite. I haven't been in the a/c like you guys.

(I'm actually glad these guys didn't get buried over this...because they didn't hurt anybody, and what they did was not that big of a deal...and had they not been athletes, nobody would have cared. But, the quote is greatness!!!)
