I mean if I was a college qb in the transfer portal, I would consider going somewhere that the coach has a history of getting the most out of qbs. It doesn’t scream coaching contingency plan to me :dunno:

Some of the staff may be riding the season out for any bonuses coming their way with the playoffs. For some of the position coaches, that may be the best move for their families. Similar to the other poster said, once the season is over, its fair game.
