I can only assume that the cop goofed something up, and the DA dropped it before a judge could toss the evidence.

Disturbing quote honestly- They have no prior recorded and blah blah might make sense here. Participating in football practice when it is hot shouldn't really be like time served

I thought this thread was going to be about Cam Newton and Houston Nutt. Dammit.
If they were Hogs, I suspect Coach Bielema would kick them off the team, or help them find another school. It will be interesting to see how Coach Saban handles this.
