Lost his top recruit this week and now B2B loses. I think we're starting to see why he was fired so many times in the NBA. He's so overrated as coach

This is what he does. He comes in and has a good season year 1 on the backs of what the last coach built, and then it's all down hill from there until he gets fired. Terrible coach.

It is a little amusing to me how much Bama fans think Johnson has improved their program. I understand why because it seemed like you guys had a legitimate chance to make the tournament this year.
But if you look at the KenPom ratings (a much better measure of how good a team is), Bama is in the 80s this year while they were actually in the 50s last year. So it's actually a decline in quality despite the better resume.
I think the reality is that Grant didn't leave the program in as bad of a shape as some of you think, and it was def in better shape than what Pearl got.

Over rated?? With this team? Dude, we don't have but maybe one player that will make a developmental squad. We are fine with what he has done this season.
Now, how bout your coach. He turned UT around immediately. What's the problem at AU?
