I'm drinking the salty tears of people that are asshurt because they have put forth a little effort with their titles. I'm also going to fry a turkey and anchor this thread.

A long time ago, Simeon in my extended family said "Christmas day should be a time to let the kids play with their gifts"...so basically they decided to have Christmas breakfast instead.. So every year we get together at a relatives house and break out the breakfast buffet. Grits, eggs, bacon, homemade sausage, corn beef hash, pancakes.......generally anything you could possibly think of. I love it. We all eat, the kids bring some of their toys over and after we eat, the kids spend the rest of the day playing instead of traveling

Pulled pork for lunch and full blown Italian for dinner...lasagna meatballs and lots of wine.
My wife's family is Italian...it's a nice change of pace.

Steak and lobster, courtesy of the in-laws. Otherwise it would be a combo meal of Kraft Mac & Cheese and peanut butter. Christmas isn't kind to the wallet.

What are we having at the Triple D Christmas dinner?
A lot of pent up hostility and passive aggressive passings of the mashed potatoes.

My family is getting together tomorrow. I believe we are doing twice baked potatos, broccoli casserole, Brussels, ham, deviled eggs.
Bunch of apps and good wine all day. Makers for dessert.

Well, we decided it was too dangerous to make a dedicated meal with my grandmother around. So we had hamburgers and hotdogs and Mexican casserole. We went out to eat for a nice dinner at a steak house last night though.
