The Cowboys best and greatest years are behind them.
That's why Jerry is negotiating a new TV deal with the HISTORY channel.

Jimmy Johnson would have won 4 super bowls there if Jerry had stayed out of the way. As long as Jerry is there you will continue to get what you get.

He knew who Jerry was when he signed his first contract with Dallas. What was he expecting really?

Jerry Jones once again proving he knows nothing about football, which is why the Cowboys will always be the Cowboys, as long as he's around. The good news is McCarthy is compensated very well, so he won't be getting food stamps anytime soon!

This. Anyone taking the head coaching job for the Cowboys has to realize going into it that Jerry Jones will micro-manage everything.

Damn... he didn't he know that going in? The Dallas HC job is basically to be Jerrah's yes man.

I mean it was no different when Al Davis was alive - if you got the job, you kinda knew what was coming and cannot feign irritation when it happens
