Our defense certainly has problems. However, we have played three of the best offenses in college football. Is there another team in the country that could challenge us more than any of those three? Indiana and Ohio State certainly look explosive at times but hard to imagine them throwing stuff at us that would cause more problems than any of those three teams.

Looked to me like the ball was already moving and he had lost control before the ball definitively crossed the goal line.
It feels like they have someone listening in to the calls Schumann is making. I mean they are making him look like an absolute fool.
Our guys have no juice on defense.

Bama blew their load last week as they always do against us.
We also have a tendency to make at least one QB a year look like John Elway and recently that’s been whoever is playing for Alabama.
They probably will win this game but it’s fun to see them in a dog fight with Vandy to start off.

2021 was a better overall team especially defensively. It’s a real bummer that this years team got held out of the playoffs but likely would have been included in the majority of prior playoffs due to the way things played out across other conferences. Also worth noting that we were very fortunate in 2021 and 2022 to have had relatively healthy teams (with some exceptions) late in those seasons. This team has been really banged up all year and is not a great place from a player health perspective.

Hard to disagree with this. It seemed like a very conservative first half.
Obviously coaches know best but I would be fine with Brock sitting if there is any “irritation”.
