Great dude. Fun to work with. Started having drinks around the 3rd course of a 5 course meal we did with him many years ago.:cheers:...

Dean got his 3rd semi final nomination this week.
First time for outstanding chef nationally. Other 2 were for best chef southeast. He's the real deal....

Opening a restaurant is absolutely balls to the wall for the GM.
Once you have a great process in place and the right ppl around you it's easier and the GM rarely is at the restaurant after 4 or 5. ...
