UGA has had many worhty teams since then.
The 2002 team was really good.
2012 was stout.

What's more impressive about UGA's lack of a championship is that six of their seven biggest rivals have won a national championship since 1980.

the 3 teams in fla have won 11 titles since uga's in 1980

Well since uga has 2 sec titles in over 30 years you shouldn't worry about national titles. Try aiming a little lower.

Since Richt called the whole team out to celebrate a TD against the lizards UGA has been sabotaged by corrupt game officials who never forget and never forgive.

Ship or no ship, I for one have respect for Georgia. No one ever walks into a game against Georgia and expects it to be a cakewalk. They are one of the teams that, even in a "down year", you better bring your A game or you could be in for an arse whoopin
