Will losing to A&M drive the alumni base to finally doing away with the Mad Hatter? Has he already accepted the Michigan job?

Would like to know everyone's thoughts. Judging by most Tiger fans' opinions, it seems like they hope he's gone after this game, regardless of result.

When will A&M realize that finishing 4th in the west every year isn't good enough to keep a coach?

Les has it made in BR after he leveraged the Arky job into a huge raise and buyout. He's not leaving and not getting fired anytime soon

I doubt it but with that said, I was told by a very reliable source that Alleva does not like Les. He can't get rid of him because of the enormous byeout. If Michigan came calling he wouldn't be begging him to stay. I know I'll get pounded on here so take it FWIW.

I love Les, but the lovable idiot thing hasn't worked out well this time around, so we'll pass.

I have a better question is an 8-4 Miles at $4.2Mil a better deal than an 7-5 Sumlin at $5.2Mil a year???

Are you basing this on the fact that we don't get invited to a bowl game?

He will not be fired any time soon. He could lose this game, lose the bowl and have a losing season next year and he'd still be the coach in 2016 if he wanted to be.

I won't believe it until Kirk Herbstreit says so.

Can't deny this, but it's highly unlikely he's going anywhere any time soon.

I can't blame an Aggie for hoping, though. He does seem to own y'all.

My God, I HOPE SO. He has made LSU football unbearable for me and a lot people I know.
