Hysterical that you're bringing up quarterback depth.
Nope, I just want to know who's #1. Is it Swoopes or one of the walkons?

Either the #1 HS QB prospect in the nation who enrolled early or the #1 Texas QB from 2 years ago either of which you would trade your entire QB roster today for.
Right. Well we have Jerrod Heard, a top 5 quarterback in the country coming in, along with Tyrone Swoopes (who you offered by the way and he turned you down flat, lest we forget), and David Ash, who should be ready to go for August training camp.
But you're really smart, so...

Hey dumbass. You just replied to yourself.

Who is your starter?
Either the 2013 Texas Gatorade player of the year (and state champion), or the 2014 #1 QB recruit in the nation.
Pretty sure either one will be better than David Glass or that mis-cast TE you have taking snaps. You know, the one who is so bad even posters on horns247 are worried his terrible performance will turn off recruits:

With the huge list of recruits coming in this weekend, anybody else concerned they will be turned off by Swoopes'/offense's performance. For the sake of recruiting, would you ever tell your team to "let up" to not embarrass the offense?

I'm not Sumlin so I didn't offer anyone and if Swoopes had committed here I would be groaning not chirping about some Head-to-head recruiting win, but if you want to play that game. 8-2 for 2015

Heard has real potential, but he's not going to be able to help you this year. He might if y'all were running Malzahn's offense, but the West Coast Offense that Wickline*coughwatsoncough* will be running doesn't play to his current strengths. Realistically, y'all have two more years before your QB situation might not be a liability.
And no, Wittek is not the savior either.

I actually think this is a fairly accurate post. Hopefully Wittek can come in to alleviate some of the issues, especially if Ash isn't serviceable for the entire season. Would like for Swoopes and Heard to have another redshirt year.
That said, we have a lot of playmakers at the skill positions to hopefully help carry the load. Two former 5 star number one RBs in the country in the backfield = good times, though one is bouncing back from injury. Plus we have solid WRs. Hopefully Wickline can make our Oline a bonus and keep our defense off the field.

I am going to poke this with a cattle prod to make sure it is dead....
I still do not get why people in Austin claim football superiority. It is like they forgot about Freddy David and John eras.

Alabama sure as hell knew, they stole our coach...TWICE (Bryant and Stallings)
Mississippi State sure as hell knew...as they took our coach (Sherrill)
Tennessee sure as hell knew, as one of our more notable former students is the name on their stadium (Neyland).
What is it about College Station that everyone can't wait to get the hell out? Even Johnny Football?

Maybe if they establish an identity on offense and defense. Right now, their identity on offense is a power running game with spread personnel and their defensive identity is a sieve.
And aTm's offensive identity is awaiting the NFL draft. Their defensive identity aspires to be sieve-like.

OK, I will speak really slowly so all you Aggies can understand.
For any fan of the Aggies to have mocked the soft Longhorn defense is laughable. Y'all are several premier recruiting classes from being middle of the pack.
And, I'm not so sure what is so hard to understand about the reference to aTm's offensive identity leaving for the draft. The greatest player in Aggie history and his favorite target (arguably the best WR in college last season) just walked out the door. A great deal of the Aggie offense was predicated on JFF extending plays with his legs and chucking it up to ME. That's now gone.

Yeah because Sumlin never had a top 10 offense before Johnny. Oh wait...
