Does anybody pull for other SEC teams due to family ties or any other factors?

My grandmother had a cousin who went to Ole Miss, John A. "Junie" Hovious. Some of you may be familiar with him. He played RB and returned kicks. Then he went on to coach for Ole Miss for 29 years.
for some reason this makes me root for ole miss anytime they're not playing the gators.

I cheer for anyone playing Auburn or Tennessee so.... yes I've cheered for some non-Bama SEC teams before.

I pull against every team in the conference pretty much... Never really been big on the whole conference dick ridin scene.

My FIL went to UGA, so they are my East team (if there is such a thing).
Other than that, all other ties are to A&M.

Dad, Aunt, and Cousin all went to Auburn (cousin going through Pharm Grad school now). I root for them if we aren't playing or as long as them winning doesn't hurt UGA's chances at the East Championship. Was an Auburn fan my entire life until they didnt offer me any scholly $$ to play for them. Went to UGA and very happy I did.
Brother graduated from GAyTECH, frick THEM THOUGH.

My cousin (Jacob Waguespack) pitches for ole miss. I hope he does good but could care less how ole miss does. I'm LSU all the way.

I have a few family members who went to LSU. I hope they lose every game so I can laff at them.

I have a lot of Mizzou fans and alums on my moms side of the family. So I've been pulling for them for years. Only now is it a conflict, but not much of one. I still like to be able to talk shite to my cousins when LSU beats them.

My entire family on both sides is Mississippi State fans (except for myself, my mom and one of my cousins). I very rarely pull for State for this reason.

My wife's family are all Hog fans. I give em a break on the hardcore trash talk...
only because I love em!

I am from Lexington, went to UK for 2 years before I transferred to Bama, and my brother plays tennis for UK. I like vandy i suppose cause my uncle played qb for them in the 70s

Grandfather played football at bama, cousin played baseball at bama, other grandfather played baseball for state then pitched for the Indians.
But I hate state and bama. Love the Indians though.

Most of my extended family is from Luzyanna and I was born there. My family moved to Texas when I was in 3rd grade. I became an Aggie in 5th grade but still pulled for the tigers. I went to College Station in the '80s and still pulled for LSU except when they played the Aggies.
A funny thing happened, LSU got good and their fans, including most in my family became insufferable winners. You would think they never played football before Saban was there because in their mind, all those years of suckage don't exist.
I don't pull for the tigers anymore.

I root against UF because my in-laws are alums.

I pull for Tennessee whenever they don't play State. Tennessee was my second choice of college and I probably would have attended had it not been for my family ties to Mississippi State. My Father, Uncle, and both brothers attended State. I really didn't have much of a choice
