I was at the scrimmage last night and was looking forward to watching JFF, but I came away unimpressed. He only lead the offense to 1 td while throwing 1 int and having another one dropped. Can he overcome the pressure of winning the heisman? Serious question not a flame attempt.

Who knows how the season will go for JFF.

A lot will depend on the play calling and how much pressure to make something happen JFF has on him.
His best friend will be a strong running game to create balance.

Third and long after two run attempts is a hard down for any QB to try and complete a pass. JFF will need to learn to be patient.

The problem with a JFF QB is you can live or die on turnovers.

Yet to be determined. While he was out partying all winter, guys on other teams were probably working out, trying to get better. We will see if he regresses.

Oh no! The reigning SEC rushing champ wasn't allowed to run, so he forced some throws. A&M screwed...

And, for the record, he had two picks last night -- sure you were there?

As much as Auburn fans deny cam was paid, Texas A&M fans won't face reality that JFF is a shitty guy with a huge head that will suck next year.

He was bad last spring too. At this point last year, everyone thought Jameill Showers would be the starter. In practices, they don't really let him run, which is why he surprised everyone (including us) when he started playing.

Basically, may he suck in the fall? Maybe. But this is not indicative of that yet.

I heard JFF wasn't a good practice player last year before the season. They were surprised at how good he was when it's game time though.

In JFF's defense, he was drunk as shite.

JFF is a unique talent but don't expect him to be better or even duplicate what he did last year. That doesn't mean he has regressed, because Nutt isn't on the Aggie Staff, but just about everything last year worked in his favor. That won't be the case this year.

Serious answer: I don't think JFF's performance during the upcoming season can be predicted with any more accuracy than correctly prognosticating the play of every other player in college football.

I think he'll put up great numbers again. With that shite schedule, Kiehl Frazier would look good.

FWIW, Manziel looked like shite this time last year. Maybe that's just his spring form?

It's a scrimmage. Don't take it too serious.
