Somehow the writer tries to put a positive spin on this type of behavior - labeling it "competitive fire"

So the GA was a defensive coach getting excited about the INT? Either way, pushing a coach is bush league.

Mike Evans is a beast.

This is news to me. I've read a bunch of accounts of the scrimmage and none listed this.

What I can say is that he must have been told not to scramble at all. He never took off when there were lanes everywhere.

I'd take this with a grain of salt but this is the Rant, so He should be cut from the team. Yeah!

It obvious that success has gone to the head of JFF and when adversity strikes this year, as it is likely to do, the finger pointing will begin. It wouldn’t surprise me if many of his teammates are already sick of his antics and it will only get worse as he continues his “it’s all about me” and “I’m the greatest” attitude. I suspect this year’s A & M season is going to be very, very disappointing to the Oafs.

And so it continues.

At the risk of sounding like I'm making excuses for Johnny (I'm not. It's usually better when cooler heads prevail) ... I wonder what kinds of responses we'd see if every single player's every breath & step was watched, recorded, and reported? I have no data to support my hunch, but something tells me Johnny isn't the first player to respond emotionally during practice (yet the "punk," incredulous reactions from message board posters remain).

I understand the need to feed a storyline. It's human nature.

I wonder if he'll get ejected after he shoves one of our GA's when we pick him off three times this year.

I feel sorry for Manziel.

The Heisman was the worst thing to happen to him.
He's kinda been spiraling out of control for the last 6 months.

The fame is too much for him to handle.

I can see this following the storyline of an E True Hollywood Story.

Manziel is gonna end up dead in a trashy motel room with a hooker and a needle in his arm.

We've seen this story before.

Just think, if only Bama would have converted on 4th and goal, none of this would have happened. No one would know who he was and he wouldn't have won the Heisman.

I blame Alabama for not scoring the go-ahead 5-yards from the endzone.
Manziel's future stint in drug rehab and arrests is on your hands Bama.
