I don't either, but why even hint to a qb race if there isn't something there.. I wish the coaches would just name Frazier the starter I don't see how it would have any negative impact

I think they have promised both the chance to win the job and haven't had enough practices with the offense in place to officially name a starter. That said, the writing is on the wall and everyone sees it (including Moseley).

Maybe to keep driving Frazier.

And

Moseley is a fragile flower that must be nurtured until Wallace is ready to take over the backup spot.

Yea, I don't know if anyone else has been keeping up with the Q&A PM is doing every Monday until he season starts, but someone asked him if there really is no separation right now at qb or if it is just coach speak, and he said that since they haven't had a chance to even go full speed yet, that there may not be a huge gap yet. But, one player is getting a considerable amount of mores snaps with the first team than the others (hinting at Frazier)

Agree. Moseley is too emotional to play QB.

You act as if this surprises you.

They (and I guess I mean Chizik, specifically) have repeatedly done this in his tenure in regards to competitions, injuries, disciplinary matters, etc.

The man doesn't want you taking his milkshake.

PM had a Q&A today... KF is the starter, just a formality.

This. It's obvious, but I had a player tell me the exact same thing.

Thank God.

I don't think I could handle Crybaby Cam back there another year. Especially with a bum shoulder. Weak arm and no mobility. I just hope he doesn't transfer, for the sake of depth, when he isn't named the starter.

That's not exactly what he said, but more or less kiehl is getting all the snaps with the first team

Safe to say kiehl will be the starter

Yeah, I think we've known this since the Spring Game pretty much. Reports from practice sound promising.

Joel A. Erickson ?@wareagleextra Bates said he's been talking to Neiko Thorpe, found out #Auburn's defense is learning the same stuff Thorpe is in Kansas City.

According to Hutcherson's coach, Darrion has passed his graduation exam, in addition to his summer class, and will start practice with Auburn on Thursday. Hutcherson received the news this morning.

"I went to sleep with a Jesus piece wrapped around my hand, I just kept praying and praying," he said. "I texted my counselor this morning and she said the results hadn't come back yet she said it may be next week. I was like, 'please let it be today'. I asked for her to check it again, so she went and checked and they still weren't up.

"My heart was racing, so I fell back asleep and woke up to a missed call from her. She said, 'guess who's going to Auburn?' My heart dropped, my dad walked into the room and he started crying, I started crying, it's just a great feeling knowing that's off my back."

Hutcherson now awaits clearance from Auburn and the NCAA

Wait, I meant...

The SEChiefs! They're probably just taking a chance on him. I hope they play him while Denver is up against KC. Peyton Manning would have a field day throwing at him.

Camp fodder...But Nieko is fast. He could make the team as a special teams player.
