This sniveling little bitch of an AU fan started popping off to me the other day.

I want to say it doesn't make a difference, because I selfishly want to see all the goods, but I think it has two distinct advantages:
1) Keeps your players focused on the task at hand
2) Keeps personnel problems private (what happens at practice, stays at practice)
