I guess Bama nation just doesn't understand the injustice of LSU playing in the SECCG while Bama waits in the wings to play LSU for all the marbles after a home loss to LSU.

How about we just take the combined score of the two games and determine a champion? If we win by more than 3, no bitching from LSU fans.

if alabama and lsu play for the nc, then they play. alabama is not going to turn down an invite for the nc game b/c you or anyone thinks it's an "injustice," just like lsu wouldn't turn down the invite if the tables were turned.

1.) If bama was in the east, the rematch this week in Atl would decide who from the SEC goes to New Orleans.
2.) So, it just happens the two best teams are in the same division.
3.) maybe we go to 14 teams and take the top two teams and play a game in atlanta. Why the divisions. It is trying to be nfl in a system that is anti nfl.
4.) Bama would love to be playing this sat. bama is not taking any joy in not winning the SEC title.
5.) Go play OSU. It really only matters to the players on the Tiger team. Go ask the players who they want to play. I know who the LSU team would rather play. It ain't the cowboys.

If we lost and got the AP title I would claim it only to frick with bama fans. I wouldn't feel much if any sense of accomplishment in that.

If Bama wins in an extremely close game like the first one, then they should split the national title. That's fine by me.

No split won't happen. LSU wins game - doesn't matter who they put in at #2. It's LSU's year. One of the toughest schedules ever and they'll role through it undefeated.

This topic has been beaten beyond death people. Quit fricking whining about bama! They are by far the second best team in the nation and by the current system we all play under, they fully deserve to be in the big game with us. If they didn't make it then that would prove how big of a sham the BCS is. So man up and support your team to a second victory over bama! /rant

Wait, LSU loses a bowl a game and claims a NC? Seems like ive seen a few posts by LSU fans slamming Bama for doing that same thing.
