Because Arkansas fans need Kentucky to be worse without Cal to validate their hire, apparently. It’s bizarre.

Kentucky annoyed that Arkansas is trying to make them rivals. Similar thing with LSU/A&M.

Glossing over this Kentucky team ending your win streak in BWA while claiming it wasn’t your own HC that started Kentucky’s current slump is certainly something. I’ll say that.

It was a massive ego hit to have their coach hired away from them. It only got worse when they were turned down by their top targets and settled on a complete dud.

Kentucky is not very good in the NIL era. They want it to be the coach’s fault instead of accepting times have changed. Any success Cal has proves it’s a program problem for them and not a coaching problem.

It’s funny on this board, Kentucky fans say that Arkansas fans always talk about Kentucky. Yet, I can go to rupp rafters(btw, those people are crazy) and you will find posts about cal or Arkansas

Kentucky gets a lot of hate from a lot of people due to its blueblood status and has for decades...
But I've really enjoy the Arkansas vs Kentucky feud as of late... although it is still weird seeing Cal as the Arkansas coach.
