SEC Softball is off to some insane starts

Tennessee: Outscored their opponents 76-4 in their first 10 games - 4 run ruled games (I think - some of the schedule pages are better than others at stating which games ended at 5 or 6 innings without having to open each one)
Oklahoma: Took the series from a ranked Arizona team, outscored their opponents 91-9 in past 5 games - 6 run rule games
Alabama: Outscored their opponents 83-9 in their first 9 games - 5 run rules games
Just naming a few (these are the ones where I saw a graphic pop up on social media discussing how well they've done).
It always seems to be a race as to which sport the SEC is deeper in (Baseball or Softball).

LSU dropped to 20th in the rankings after a tough weekend. Has played a difficult schedule, I believe five ranked opponents already.
Alabama has played 0 ranked opponents.

Our schedule hasn’t been what some of the other schools have faced, hopefully we can at least be competitive in conference.
Very pleased that we picked up Peja from UT-C. She can spin it. After her one hittter she threw at Baylor, the umpire told Coach Ricketts if she ever has a pitcher that throws like that, she needs to let the umpires know beforehand, lol. Peja’s spin is a little different.

LSU lost to an unranked ucf and #22 duke. If Beth doesn’t turn it around in a hurry, I think she gets fired this year. The sec is loaded. I don’t know how she will survive

FSU is ranked 7th. Also, Alabama had a perfect game earlier today (sixth in program history) and beat Elon 7-0

You are correct, #7 FSU may not be ranked after getting shut out by Alabama.

Think OU is going to break the team batting average and homerun record this year . We don’t have a flamethrower but we got bats setting on the bench who can hit 15-20 home runs a season . This may be OUs best freshman’s class ever.

Bama has a nice pitching staff 2 big time Fr played today but the leading pitcher now is Vic Moton #00 and she has like a .2 era she's badass throws 71mph with ease sat down FSU 15 in a row 8 SO. Seems to be getting better each game. Bama has bats and great fielding too.. This looks like old Tide softball is back.
