Prayers for the Holtz family. Sad news. He was our coach when I was cutting my teeth on Hogs football. Some great memories there.

Very sad news. Condolences to the family. I always enjoyed his take on things. Good man gone to heaven.

Wow. Was not a fan, but you have to respect what he accomplished.

Every week he made it should like they were playing Sugar Bowl contenders, even us.

RIP coach.

I felt sorry for him when his wife passed away.
Now they are together.

He positively influenced many young men.

Expected but sad news. Folksy, smarter than you think, motivator, winner. Big loss to the American sports family. RIP.

An absolute titan of the industry. Only remember bits and pieces of Lou on the sideline but he was a staple of my childhood on ESPN. Just a great representation of so much that is good in this country.

Will edit if needed, not trying to be disrespectful

Has this been confirmed anywhere? Not saying it isn't true, I know he's in hospice care. And I'm seeing it multiple places but nothing confirmed.

Just curious if I'm missing it or if it's just word of mouth currently.

If true, RIP to a legend

College Football Final with him and Mark May and Reese Davis captured that era of college football so well. Loved watching it to cap off a great Saturday.
