The winner of Indiana -v- Miami should play Notre Dame for the legitimate national championship
I would take Notre Dame against either team
If Indiana beats Miami, they can play ND in Indianapolis for the State/National Championship
Most current computer rankings have Notre Dame in the top 3-4
Don't forget the playoff committee's blatant manipulation of moving Miami and Alabama ahead of Notre Dame to protect the ACC from getting shut out of the playoff
Alabama had no business making the playoff and did absolutely nothing 'on the field' to jump Notre Dame in the first place

That’s the only way ND wins anything. All but one of their nattys was awarded to them. They’ve NEVER really had to win it on the field. It’s not surprising since the start of the Bowl Alliance/BCS/CFP they have 0 nattys. Back when the NCAA decided who got to play on TV and nattys were awarded and not won on the field they out pace pretty much everyone.
