I hope our team embraces the hate. Typically I don't want them super emotional because they could melt like Oklahoma did riding all that adrenaline. But I hope they punch Indiana in the mouth and refuse to take the foot off the gas

That’s more true in today’s politically polarized environment but there’s also a fatigue factor involved, people outside their fan base despised the Yankees back in the 1950s when they won all those championships, there was even a hit Broadway musical about hating the Yankees.

As far as this game is concerned nothing short of Indiana blowing out Alabama would surprise me. That being said, this guy sounds like an ignorant sonofabitch.

Georgia and Ohio State have been more dominant, arguably, over the last five years than Alabama has. Kirby has been a force since he was hired in 2016. Mark Richt was a terrific coach for 15 years prior to him. Ohio State has been good for over 20 years going to back to when Tressel was their coach. The media has demonized our state and program because it’s a republican state and the majority of national media is liberal.

hmm... suppose the writer didnt catch the fact that both osu and oregon beat themselves against iu. i'd go so far to say that even penn st beat themselves against iu. but hey, lets sick with bama just lucked into the victory at oklahoma.

When Indiana loses, it will most certainly be the "they beat themselves" narrative. Would love another shot at Georgia in the finals
