Well, here we are. 1st rounders weekend!

Sooners and Bama to Kick it off tonight! Are you fans nervous? Confident? Can the Sooners continue their dominance of Bama or is Bama primed to give them a violent tune-up and reminder of their place in the hierarchy of the SEC?

And A&M and Ole Miss playing tomorrow. Both 1st timers on the big stage. Surely, Ole Miss fans are very confident? Aggie might be a toss up?

On behalf of UGA fans, we look forward to watching the 1st rounders this weekend. This is a big deal for all of your programs and we are excited to see it unfold.

Feeling good

Got some guys back on both sides of the ball that were severely limited or not available at all in Tuscaloosa.

OU is much healthier than the LSU game . I am hearing optimism that Mateer may be almost back to total form he is still hurt but they said he’s got a lot more velocity on the ball . If he gets going that will be good for OU. Bamas defense is pretty good so unless their offense just turns it over like last time this game should come down to the final possession! I am hoping homefield advantage will get us an extra td or two . I don’t think Bama fully understands what they are fixing to walk into personally. They think it’s like the last years game coming off a loss. It’s probably gojng to be the loudest crowd they have seen this year. I have little doubt .Not nervous this season is a win win for OU.

I'm the same as before any Alabama game. Nervous as crap. Everyone knows if they play their best, they win. It is our job to not let that happen.

sidenote: I think Georgia is one of the last 2 teams standing.

The only potential real contender playing this weekend is Miami. Oregon’s offense folds vs elite run D

Tulane has improved since we put belt to arse back in September. I expect us to win, but won't be a blowout like it was the first time.

I'll say it again, Bama can beat every single team in the country. We can also lose to any team in the country. Anyone who bets on a Bama game - either for or against the Tide - is recklessly foolish.

I learned a long time ago to not get emotionally attached to things I can't control. So I just hope Alabama plays well and if not, on to the next year.

Hopefully Ty is back to making quick decisions rather than being delayed and hesitant on his throws. It's putting the ball behind guys too much as he's not hitting the open windows on time, or just throwing the ball where it shouldn't be.

I keep hearing people say he is hurt or whatever, but I've seen 0 evidence of it being true. The only injury I've seen is in his head with hesitancy and bad decisions.

In short, it's a talented but not elite Alabama team. Talented so they can make the plays and beat anyone, but not elite because they haven't developed to the point where you can't get it wrong - aka lacking consistency.

So clean up the mistakes, make good decisions and then I like our chances.

Feeling ok, but not great. Statistically, we had a good game against OU last time and had a few catastrophic plays that really ended up costing us with turnovers and special teams coverage. Hoping we can avoid those and perhaps even get a few of our own.

But, they are now at home and healthier. Think it is going to be a brawl and that probably leans in their favor stylistically. Hoping we can get out to an early lead and put some stress on their offense to have to press.

Not a 1st rounder, but I'm looking forward to seeing Bama's O vs Okie's D. Should be a great SEC matchup. Not very colorful, aesthetically, though.

Anxious to see how we look with the interim staff. I don't anticipate losing to Tulane but you never know with the amount of change around the program.
