Geez…Lane is such a great guy. Thanks Lane

I mean he’s the one who tried to blackmail them into leaving in the first place. Ole Miss didn’t give assistants any ultimatum. Sounds like he got his feelings hurt when people called him an a-hole. Like the petulant child he is.

That wouldn’t be the first thing Ole Miss folks made up about Lane Kiffin in the days since he accepted a promotion.

I think it's the reverse. Ole Miss is finally seeing they should let these coaches finish off the year like Tulane is doing. Probably realizing they should have let Lane too but too late for that now.

So he's making a business decision since LSU said they'd pay him CFP bonus money from an Ole Miss win...

Only HC not allowed to coach his team through the playoffs.
Ole Miss is the petulant child unlike Tulane

All those dudes are cool. But, you're friend can't come in.

Ole Miss tried to leverage a playoff game or 2 to get Kiffin to stay.
When that backfired, and they had no one left to put together an offensive game plan or call plays for “the biggest sporting event in Mississippi history” (Ole Miss vs Tulane
), they begged LSU to let them borrow a few LSU coaches.
Really an all time storyline that Ole Miss will never overcome.

That’s mean and funny.
Edit to add: More times than not, necessary.

Actually ole miss is the a-hole. They wouldn’t let Lane coach. Tulane and James Madison are letting their coach stay thru the playoffs.

Just say thanks lane and quit bitching. He didn't have to do this. Most coaches wouldn't let their coaches go back and help.

I can’t even imagine what a shite show planning for playoffs was for their O w/o these guys. But of course Lane can’t come back. The whole thing was just so dumb by the AD, and he has come to realize this quickly.

I have never seen a fan base as insecure as LSU after a coaching hire.
It going to OK tiger fans, just don't clench.
