before he’s benched. We all know what’s going to happen. Will DeBoer and Grubb have the balls to sit him if we struggle again ?

First half, then it's time for Mack.

Considering the fact that I haven’t heard any reports that our backups were even warming up, doubt we’ll see them this game either unfortunately. If I was the coach, I’d open up the competition again this week. Let the best man in practice win

Every offensive series we play unless he gets hurt.

Backups wont even make the trip if ya'll keep posting about them.

I agree. The offensive line also needs to get it together quick. If not, we will see a repeat of yesterday.

We have seen the potential in Ty. He can be a great QB. Its up to this coaching staff to bring it out and make him comfortable. However I am starting to doubt their ability to do so.....Not laying all the blame on coaches or Ty. Seems to be a combination of both. Its obvious Ty has talent but he also needs help adjusting the pressure he feels affecting his QB play. Something is breaking down in how the coaches are handling him.
If a change needs to be made, then do it decisively. Some bench time might help Ty.........I don't see Ty going pro so have no idea what will happen next year.

Tbh, Ty was fine last night UNTIL a drop by Horton and great throw to the sideline. Then he threw the deflected pick and it all went sideways.

Hard to imagine much will change in two weeks unlike the old one month off with multiple weeks of practice.
I would expect Ty to play the whole game no matter what the outcome

fricker could be in a full body cast and Deboer would still trot him out there.

Just don't think DeBoer pulls him unless he's hurt.

It seemed like where he put it all together for the mid season run was when he was pulled for the two planned drives. Why can’t we just do that again? Let him get a different view of what the defense is doing, and then use that as extra information to help pre snap reads

No

If they didn’t sit him last night they will never sit him. I get loyalty is part of what makes DeBoer an exceptional individual who you just have to pull for he’s a great man but Ty should be held to the same standard as everyone else. If he’s not getting the job done because f injury or he has an anxiety issue he needs to be pulled.
Either that or Mack And Russell are just that big of a liability and can’t be trusted at all.

If DeBoer didn’t bench Milroe last year no way in hell he is gonna bench Ty

He's going down with Ty at the helm. No other QB will play without him being injured
Posted on 12/7/25 at 4:13 pm to bamatide07
He’s getting the entire ROS

The total series Alabama gets in the game barring the right side or left guard getting him killed

I’m hoping the OL executes a good game plan and Ty plays well and we win 27-17
