Does Georgia stay at 3 or go to #2

Objectively Ohio states 1 loss is to the #1 and only undefeated team. So they have the best loss.
But Georgia just avenged their 1 loss, have an SEC title, a stronger SOS, and more ranked wins.
The committee also said they won’t penalize conference championship participants.
Georgia is #2 most likely correct?

Championships matter more per the committee

I figure 2 is most likely. Tougher schedule than OSU, same margin of defeat but has beaten everyone they’ve played.

Absolutely should be #2.

Better SoS and a conference championship...remember, that is a "data point"

Number 2
12-1 SEC champ will be ranked ahead of 12-1 Big 10 team that’s not the Big 10 champion

I mean just compare their scores against a common opponent: Texas. UGA should get the 2. OSU either 3 or 4 depending on how much the committee wants to reward conference champions.

2 for GA, OSU should probably be number 4, but the committee should put them 3 so it prevents OSU and IU playing before the finals IMO.

UGA at 2 for sure.
Tech at 3 wouldn't be controversial in my mind. They've been rolling.
OSU at 4 is fine. They're rolling into the playoffs off a loss, very much like last year. They'll still be favored over everyone, including IU.

OSU will be 3 so no rematch with IU in semis.

You can't punish a champion
OSU is likely 4
