#78 in the country. Troy is ranked higher

Our recruiting class sucked even when Freeze wasn't on the hot seat back in August. LSU and Florida are still in the top 15 nationally even though they fired their coaches.

I'm beginning to think our administration and boosters have no true interest in building a winning football program. They're fine with having a nice gameday atmosphere that keeps ticket sales up and having a team that's just competitive enough to keep people interested. The yearly profits continue to flow for the University.

It smells like a huge scam. Buy one good recruiting class every few years to keep things interesting then let the program flounder with essentially a massive NCAA sanction level recruiting class like the one we're about to sign because the boosters don't want to pay consistently for recruits.

Having to hit "load more" to see your team's ranking is almost never good.

On3 says your recruiting the last few years ranked:

2025: #8
2024: #8
2023: #17
2022: #16
2021: #19

On3 Recruiting Rankings

Auburn has had top 20 recruiting classes for the past 5 years. Yet every year resulted in a losing record. Imagine how good you will be with shitty recruiting classes.

Have you tried paying the recruits in rubles?

Top 20 recruiting classes don't win you shite.

Top 10 classes, at a minimum, are going to get your foot in the door. We've signed one or two top 10 classes every few years but never consistently for 5 or 6 years straight like it's needed to maintain an elite program.

Tell me again how Alabama won't be able to recruit in this new NIL world, but Auburn will.

At least there’s a Pearl-less basketball season to look forward to?

I wouldn’t worry too much. Auburn’s got enough cash to throw around & hire some portal talent.

What’s really bad for Auburn is your roster I am afraid is fixing to be scalped by other sec teams imo . I know everyone wants Cam Coleman and several of the young defensive players .

Have you been in China for the last few weeks?

We should keep the defensive guys with Durkin staying.

I do think it’ll be tough sledding on the offensive side of the ball. Thing is—we’ve sucked so bad on offense that any semblance of a decent scheme will be an improvement.

We had a few games this season we could have won if we had a non-terrible offense.

Auburn only has 11 commits right now...they fired their coach a while back.

They will get some flips in the coming days with the good hire and DC.

They will also do well in the portal
