i am not opposed to paying drink more if that is what it takes to keep him. it would help the team more to give him more money for his staff to bring in a new, proven oc and/or pass game coordinator

Yeah App State gave him his first HC opportunity and he left for Mizzou after 1 season. He seems to have a good situation here, and leaving for a bigger program usually doesn't work out long term, but it would not shock me if he bolts for a bit more money and a bigger spotlight.
