You won 9 with Leach. He passed and a moron decimated the team in a year.
You go out and make a great hire. He walks into pretty much NOTHING. Your roster was in shambles. He had little time to recruit.
His real first class flipped your Roster and in year 2, you are literally 3 plays from being 7-1.
There should be excitement there, instead I see way too much dumbass comments from your base. I mean STUPIDITY.
Fire him? For what? For turning your program around with less NIL than any other SEC team? For bringing in a staff with less money than VANDY.
Come on.
The fact that you are in those games is due to coaching up. Look at your Roster vs Tennesse, Tx, and even FL. If you go by talent alone, you should have been in any of those games.
I mean, firing this guy would be akin to losing a 17 point lead late in the 4th and then losing in OT.

Is this coming from the same fanbase that wanted DeBoer fired after game one this season?
Sit down.

Every fanbase, including you, has idiots that don't know shite about football or coaching. Do better...

I mean, they are a classic case of a fanbase having to learn how to deal with being a decent team, which MSU is.

Yep. I laughed reading comments. I mean you want to buy out the staff with money that could be spent on players.................
Zero common sense

They would be very very stupid to fire him but I also hear rumors that he wants out. People are going to have to have more patience on new coaches. Their game play is definitely trending up and that's what you should look for. This year is not the year you want to be looking for a coach.

Yeah don't be stupid guys! Just accept challenging the sec all time losing streak next year and going 0-16 in 2 years as a HC!
Every other SEC Team would totally keep a coach who goes 0-16 in his first 2 years!

Every other SEC team like Ole Miss is happy that Lebby is the HC and I don't blame them. He's a garunteed win for any sec team. The equivalent of a bye, you can even fire your HC afterwards because its an embarrassing win.

AU and State are both teams that are very much better than their records.
State would be dumb to even consider moving on at this point.
HUGH finally got over himself and made the QB change he should have made weeks ago. They were already a tough out with a completely inept offense

You're not wrong. If they would have lost those games 35-7 like they should have does that make you happier?

I’m still behind Lebby. I think he will get it worked out.

Vandy holds that record on 4 separate runs. And look at them now.
Get behind your coach. Give him what he needs to succeed in NIL. What the frick are yall even spending money on? Your entire coaching staff combined makes less than Kiffin.

Anyone else here remember what team was ranked #1 in the inaugural CFP rankings in 2014?

The problem is they aren't 7-1 directly due to decisions he is making. Punting to Niblett, throwing it against UF when in FG range down 2, absolutely awful clock management almost every week. They could be 7-1, sure, but he's also a busted coverage by ASU from staring 3-9 in the and 0-18 against P4 schools in the face. Going tempo up 17 in the 4th quarter is the same dumb shite he did when OC at Ole Miss.
That said, game management is something that comes in with experience.
