If you want my speculation as to why the far Left make that sort of claim, I attribute it to ignorance. They tend to use the term "Nazi" to describe anyone doing anything that they do not like. Much like the far Right uses the term "Marxist."

This may mean something, and it may not.

The "registered address" is just the place to send official mail and accept service of process, in most states. It is entirely possible that there are dozens of trucks on the road, being dispatched by a guy with a cell phone.

Or it might be completely fraudulent. Just not enough info.

Looking at it without equations, I suppose I CAN see acceleration mattering to some extent, because the force/momentum (or whatever) applied by an accelerating vehicle to a smaller object (such as the agent) would continue to increase with continued acceleration after impact, versus remaining static with a vehicle at constant velocity, right?

Possible. Maybe even "likely," because Good's vehicle would have been moving forward sooner, while the agent was still more in the front-center of the hood area.

In that case, the agent's use or deadly force would be more-clearly justified, too.
