So from practice reports, JA looks best (but he is not capable of leading the team to a victory) and Ashton is too heavy handed with his throws as evidence by him throwing a few picks, and Deuce is completely out of the discussion for whatever reason.

We’re kinda fricked because Freeze “the QB whisperer” can’t evaluate QB talents. If he is retained for ‘26, we’ll will have the exact same problem next year. That alone is worth changing staffs.

Duece coming in the Ball St game and looking like a worse version of Robby Ashford was really disappointing.

The dude can run like a deer, but cannot throw with any touch or accuracy. Its amazing how bad QBs have looked at Auburn, regardless of coaching staff, over the past 10 years.

Offensive staff overhaul. With or without Freeze. The ball is in his court as of now. He is losing support each day

Let's get the root of the problem, this is Derrick Nix's first stint as an OC, and he's not ready for it, I think Hugh is too loyal to his coaches and won't make a change there. Kent Austin can only do so much with a new OC, and I think the OC that doesn't call most of the plays or do so well consistently won't work in the SEC.

I will be shocked if he doesn’t leave.

If I watched JA fall apart the second half every game and I didn't get a shot, I'd leave too.

Unfortunately that sample of game-time that Deuce had against Ball State was easily the worst I've seen from any QB at Auburn in recent memory. Neil Caudle never looked that bad.

I cannot but word on the street is Hugh has lost most of the team. They still want to play hard and win but they consider us the best worst team around. They all know the team is held back by Hugh, he doesn’t change anything, and can’t get us past where we are. He can’t win. We keep losing, a lot of these guys will start to hit the road. Duece may be one of those many players.

Strange. He was expected to redshirt all along so it can't be a playing time issue. Is Brother Hugh not sending him comfort girls?

Welp…there is no fricking way we beat Arky this weekend so I guess we’ll see how Durkin handles Deuce.

Shouldn't Freeze be coaching the QBs to be good QBs??

Why haven't any of the QBs he's ever coached been any good?

Finebaum said yesterday from a reliable source that Hugh is losing the locker room.

It’s very hard to not lose the locker room when you lose so much. We haven’t won a game since Sept 13.

And we haven't won a meaningful game since game 1 (sort of meaningful). And we've won one game against a ranked opponent in four years.

I can't believe they haven't lost the fanbase.
