We arent scoring 41 and they arent scoring 23. I would guess along the lines of 24-13. I think the game will be reminiscent of the Michigan game.

Eh, I could see the Texas defense quitting if they get down 14 points early
OU +1.5 and under is the right bet, but if Mateer plays the game script needs to be watched closely for potentially closing that under early. Texas only wins in a low scoring, dogfight, which would be close throughout and +1.5 could be closed in the 3rd for close to even money and you’ll profit on O/U. OU could win with it going over, which is why that under needs to managed carefully. But OU and U has intrinsic hedge properties
Edit: Having said that, betting a rivalry game that's the biggest game for both teams all year is stupid. It's borderline unpredictable
