I am expecting a regulation American tackle football game according to the NCAA rule book and SEC guidelines between the University of Alabama and University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. Maybe I’m wrong. If I am please let me know.

What I said about the team last year still applies. You could tell me literally any result and I wouldn't be surprised. The team is so up and down, capable of huge highs and deep lows.
If we win big, win close, lose close, or lose big, all seem like equally likely possibilities.

I expect to watch my first game between the hedges. I’m more happy about the trip to a new SEC city than the game. It’s been a long time since I have said that.

Pretty much all I got too.

I want to think it will be a close hard fought game. I definitely think if we play to our potential we have a punchers chance at it.
However, I will believe we play to our potential on the road the next time it happens. Too many road woes the last few years for me to feel much confidence.
Great day of ball though, should be a fun Saturday.

There is only a few things certain in this life..... Tax and Shaun Alexander laying the pipe to his wife. All other things is uncertain.

I refuse to start a new thread for every piece of Bama football news, so here’s a tweet about our new chinstraps:

We have far more than “a puncher’s chance.” Our team is very talented and schematically on par with Georgia’s. We’re not Ole Miss under Freeze hoping to get a bunch of breaks go our way and win.

I'm more confident that we win against UGA tomorrow than I am that we win against Vandy next weekend, I will say that. Which is crazy but absolutely true. I think Wommack at least has some idea how to slow down Georgia's offense. He has not a single clue how to stop Pavia and that option attack.

I think the team knows about the struggles on the road, and I believe we'll have the right mindset coming in. I expect to see a fired up sideline all game long.
If our defense can play well, and finally put a stop to a running QB I think we win the game.

Go somewhere else then
Now that that’s out of the way, I think Bama wins this game in a bit of a shootout. Don’t think UGA will be able to keep up. UGA only has 4 sacks on the year and I don’t think any of them are from their edge guys. I know they have talent there, but so far they haven’t really shown it. Looks like maybe it’s an inexperience issue. If our O-line holds up, I think Ty picks them apart
