Crowell will be starting by next October. On tape he's the best back to come out of high school since Henry and Fournette. He's just a natural

Yeah, but clearly the best back doesn't necessarily get to play. I mean everyone is assuming that AK Dear is completely clueless when it comes to pass blocking. Maybe so.

Crowell better be a master of pass blocking if he wants to see the field, even if he runs like Barry Sanders.

Same dude that called the entire RB room "a bunch of fricking losers" earlier this season

We're 9 games into the season and our leading rusher is averaging 36 yards per game and 0.2 TDs per game.

I guess I was proven right :dunno:

...and?

We need to put him on a milk carton, because where in the frick is he? Our abysmal running game could probably benefit from utilizing our best running back

Running Back Riddle

Which Running Back has:

1. The highest YPC average
2. The longest run of the season
3. More rushing TDs than Kevin Riley on 41 fewer rushing attempts

Drumroll.........

AK Dear! Our 5th string running back

I believe that Dear is the guy as well. Jam is looking for holes that aren't there instead of just running

Yep, the one guy they won't even talk about or give a chance to.

I don't get it.
As Saban was saying, the only thing that matters now is how much NIL money the school has. That determines how good the job is.
Immediately after the season, one man out, the other man in within a week's time.
Who did we hire? A coach just a few days removed from coaching in the national championship game. A guy who built Washington into a program that competed for natties every year.

By all accounts he's a high quality, high character guy, with a loving wife and kids.

He comes in and recruits lights out. He's 2-0 vs. Kirby Smart, 2-0 vs. Sark, and in his 2nd year he has a top 5 team heading into November.

This is how it's done, folks.

Just try to copy Alabama.

Rushing offense and rushing defense. Not holding my breath on either.

This is it, in a nutshell.

I think overall our defense is doing enough week-in and week-out to get the victory.

It's really our offense that, in spite of Heisman-level QB play, has yet to play a full, quality game.
A lot of it has to do with our absolutely abysmal run game. We've gotta figure something out there, because it's gotten horrendously bad.
I'm not really worried about losing any coaches.

My only fear of losing Grubb would be if he goes to be HC of an SEC program and we have to directly compete with him. Otherwise, I think we'll be fine.
We need to hire him as an analyst. I wonder if he and Wommack know each other.

2 our WR
ZB the DB
Russell the QB even though we have little film to go by
Pierre the LB

Those are the ones I feel somewhat confident in being first round picks.
It's hard to know what to make of it.

Was that game a sign of things to come or a one-off?

It was clearly a trap game, but this team needs to regroup, and refocus over the bye week. If we come out and curb stomp LSU as we should, I'll feel better going forward.

The Auburn game will be the proof of whether or not this group has figured out how to play on the road against an underdog.
If they got coached by Gillespie, they're not gonna produce

This is making me sick. No excuse for this.

This is every loss under DeBoer.

Totally fricking stupid and inexcusable.

Not one fricking loss could we say we played a good game and just got beat by a better team.
We need to stop running the ball and throwing deep balls. When has our offense ever executed these things well?

Where is the intermediate passing game? Our bread and butter.

The only chance we have is going empty, 5-wide the rest of the game.

He is rattled

Ty Simpson has always been extremely talented, but he's a complete headcase.

He struggled massively with confidence his whole time here. He found his confidence, and it looks like he's lost it again.

I don’t think Beamer believe they’ll win.

Because he has a shite-arse offense
Let's let Nick Sheridan call the next drive.
Ryan Williams has forgotten how to catch a football.

Our offensive line continues to suck arse.

We need to replace Scott with Mbakwe or Cole Adams because he sucks arse.

This entire offensive showing is atrocious.
