Auburn fans- how do you feel about Saturday?

The line keeps going up and I haven’t heard anyone predict Auburn to win.
I heard a pod say y’all’s kicker and best DE are probably out. If that’s true that’s a big loss.
Also, I keep seeing Auburn fans say how Arnold will have the advantage because he knows OU. Well, the flipside of that is Venables recruited him and knows him inside and out and will throw the kitchen sink at him.
I think it would be a great win for Auburn, but I know how hit or miss Arnold is mentally and I think he will have PTSD and shake in his boots Saturday
Right now I’m thinking 38-20 OU

Lower than I thought. Auburn is the same as Michigan. No passing game, decent defense but Mateer will run for days.
OU is gonna beat the brakes off them.
38-14

Arnold making his return to the place that will give him PTSD. Mateer will run through that D like butter
I think this one could get ugly

Right now I see an OU blowout. Arnold is easily rattled and will be pissing himself going back to Norman

I dont think Arnold advantages anybody.
I haven't heard about the DE or kicker

Freeze knows they'll need to stretch the field vertically on Saturday. Auburn certainly has the WRs to make it happen, but will JA have enough time for deep throws?

That’s not true.

I think OU wins by 2 scores, but that’s not because I think OU is really that good. It’s more of my lack of confidence and knowledge of Auburns team.
If a defense plays disciplined football then can make OU a one dimensional offense due to their lack of running ability. Keep containment and be disciplined in the pass rush and you take away Mattiers legs and that entire offense has to work though the air.

I imagine Venebales and the defefnsive coaches know a few things about how to make Jackson Arnold uncomfortable and play shittier.
Auburn also has secondary questions and Mateer is a magician. Probably not a good matchup for Auburn.

The only bets I've been winning with any consistency so far are 3 team parlays where you take the money line on 3 teams that are about a touchdown favorite. A $100 bet pays out around $150.
Take the Oklahoma money line and then find 2 NFL teams that are around a touchdown favorite over two shitty teams, and I think you'd have a good bet.

Hopeful but realistic. Auburn is improving, but this is a good OK team. My prediction based on how we performed the first three games is that Auburn will probably score somewhere in the 20s, and the key to victory will be whether our defense can hold in the fourth quarter. We will see!

I think that this game will come down to the 4th and be a 1 score game.

If I made a wager it would be on OU. Just don’t see Arnold doing well there bc of the OU defense and the extra pressure of playing where he left. Not a good combo.

That is what Temple did in the first half last week. OU's passing yardage was 3x the rushing yards at that point.
Mateer didn't break a long run until the 3rd quarter when the Owl defense was tired as their offense was doing nothing but 3 and outs.
The Oklahoma rushing attack still hasn't jelled at this point and games have been won with great defense and Mateer's running and throwing.
I think the offense needs to establish an inside running game and quit trying to go wide as even Temple had enough speed to stuff those plays.

OU OL is considerably banged up. AU DL rotates something like 12 guys, and Faulk is healthy. Don't be fooled by the USA game - true freshmen played 150 snaps in that game, most on D. A lot of guys were held out who would have played for an SEC game.
Closer than you guys think, though home field may be enough for OU.

I’m confused. Why would you think OU wins by 2 scores if you admittedly lack knowledge of their opponent?

OP's trolling mechanism has always been to make up shite and throw it at the wall.

3 games into the season and I don’t think we know how good/bad the team is. To me this is an improved Auburn team. I know Oklahoma is much improved as well. After the game we will have a better idea.
As for how I feel, I’m excited to watch and hoping for a good game.

I feel I am going to smoke some ribs, watch with some friends, and see what happens.
Oh you said Auburn fans, my bad, I am quite more confident in my Tigers though.

I'm with you there, Tiger fan. Couple of good teams going head-to-head, with the added intrigue of JA's return to Norman. Of course, I hope my Sooners are victorious, but I'm still a JA fan and if Auburn loses this game, I hope it's because OU is the better team, and not because Arnold has multiple fumbles and/or passes intercepted.
