Despite facing the defenses of Baylor and Ball State, two defenses that currently rank among the twenty worst in college football. Auburn is dead last in sacks allowed with 6 through 2 games.

Last season Oklahoma led the SEC in sacks allowed with a whopping 50, 9 more than the 15th place team.

We also lead the nation in sacks made, so it balances out

Neither really matters.

That didn't stop them from kicking Alabama's arse. What are FSU's stats for this year?

Bam has drilled down deep into the Auburn stats.

Well, all they need to do to fix that is have their defensive end line up over Kayden Proctor for a game or two. The swinging door would definitely help their sack stats.

If that's Auburn's weakness, I feel good about the Iron Bowl. Alabama Defense is last in the SEC and tied for #127th in the nation for sacking QBs, with 1.

The swinging door

That rhymes with “The Matador”, aka Chris Capps.

Chris Capps must be the greatest human being ever because he was mercilessly criticized.

I hope he has had a great life.

People downgraded him relentlessly.

AU is a better all around football team than Bama is right now. Hope that changes in the near future.

Would be like the Brodie Croyle game. I think every player on AU's defense had at least one sack in that game.

Bless his heart, he earned every bit of the criticism. Proctor hasn't gotten to that level of bad just yet and we hope he doesn't.

You say that until your QB gets sacked 13 times in a single game.

I promise you this...last year I knew before the season start that we would give Oklahoma their first SEC win. And we literally gave it to them on a silver platter in the fourth quarter.

This year is going to be the direct opposite. Everyone is high on Oklahoma and AU is going to into Norman, and Oklahoma will pull an Oklahoma, and Jackson Arnold will come out with a win.

So defensive pressure on the qb does not matters

Tied for last with USC with (6) sacks each

You might want to look up the meaning of the phrase "Dead Last"

Auburn doesn’t stand a chance in Norman . Jackson Arnold will be fumbling it all over the field . Defense is the best I seen at OU and in early 2000s had some of the best defenses around . Remember we played Arky in a bowl game in 2001 think they had 69 total yards .

Bro, Hugh has said how emotional Arnold is and during camp he had to end the day with a short pass just to get his confidence up. Now imagine what his nerves are going to be doing going back to the place that got rid of him? They all want to show off their new toy to prove they didnt need him.
