Is Ryan Williams really the fourth best wide receiver on this team?

Based off of FSU game and ULM, Germie, Horton, and Brooks just look better

I still think he has the best raw talent on the team but he hasn’t played up to it in a while

Bernard sure but we haven’t seen enough of Horton or Brooks to draw any strong conclusions about them

No, but he doesn't need to play in the slot anymore.

I wouldn't rush to put too much emphasis on the ULM game. For all we know, RW might have also looked terrific against them if he had been able to play.
I think RW is best suited to play outside, instead of the slot. He's frail looking (so was Devonta, but RW's not Devonta Smith).

He’s the best WR on the team. But the kid’s head had got too big. The podcast, TikToks, stuffed animals, and painted nails..hopefully he takes this little break to get back focused solely on football. He’s special..if he wants to be.

He is as good as the work he’s willing to put in. He can be great if he wants it.

He might be the most talented WR on the team, but Germie Bernard is far and away the most productive and reliable and consistent and physical and focused WR on this team, and it’s been that way for the last 15 games and it’s not even particularly debatable.

All that said, it’s asinine to think RW is the fourth best WR on the team. But he needs to get a lot better.

When I think of the best, I think of the one you can rely on. Right now, that's Bernard.

He might be the most talented, but he’s not the best right now.

He needs to understand that his five star rating and NIL deals don’t translate into a high first round pick next year and needs to decide if he wants to do podcasts/ticktocks for a career or if he wants to play football.

I'm so tired of hearing this stupid shite. Guess what? It doesn't take long to film a podcast, or a tiktok.

That’s all well and good, but back it up on the field. He hasn’t done that in a year.

Obviously a dumb question, especially after 1 arse kicking and a cupcake. A better question would be if he has the 4th best hands of the receivers. Athletically, the dude is amazing. But his hands aren't near someone like Prothro's.

But he's also still young as hell. And it's a coachable issue. So no need to get your panties in a wade. He'll be fine.

He was our leading WR last year as a 17 year-old with 865 yards.

Half of that came in the first four games.

He was the tallest midget last year.

He had 2-3 drops against FSU and looked awful.

You can’t walk in the stadium holding a teddy bear and then drop passes and run shitty routes.

If he catches the balls he dropped or juggled, he doesn’t take hits or get concussed.

Catch the friggin ball.

People saying he shouldn’t be in slot don’t know shite about anything. You move people around to create matchup problems. Williams has to pull his head out of his arse and toughen up.

Otherwise, there are younger players who will gladly step in.

Super talented, but he's lived off last year's Georgia heroics ever since.

If he's got NFL first round aspirations, he needs to step up and be a player that takes over games and shows up big when needed.

This although Williams has the most raw talent. Right now I have more confidence in Germie until he shows me I shouldn’t.
