Miss me yet?

Texas kid brings Texas back and they hated him for it.

Sad!

I was Quinn’s biggest defender on this site, but even I know Arch’s ceiling is much higher.

As an LSU fan, I fully understand that the HC should be fired….and that the backup QB is always better.

You don’t know that, lol. Nobody does. You might be making an educated guess, but that’s it.

Arch has three years to develop. Certainly somebody can fix his mechanics in three years.

We are a patient bunch at Texas, no heat at all. All the time in the world for Arch.

Yep.

Much much higher if you closed your eyes during yesterday's abject failure.

That said, I am sure that after the next few rent-a-wins, he will have a much higher QBR than The 58.0 he now sports.

He’s already had 2.

Oh and he also has 3 nfl qbs in his family to work with on that for the previous 18 years.

Not sure if sarcasm….

If y’all don’t give him the heat y’all gave Quinn who was winning then it proves what’s wrong with y’all’s program.

Y’all care more about the media narrative and the hype than actual results.

Rather lose a race with a “lambo” than win with a pinto

I’m basing that on his arm and athletic ability. Quinn was very good at short to intermediate passes, but struggled with the deep ball and was a disaster under pressure. Even with Arch’s showing yesterday he showed he will step up in the pocket (Quinn wouldn’t), throws the deep ball better and is much more elusive.

Based on what? His last name?
He’ll be a solid qb with the talent around him but he’s not special. It’s been the same story since high school with him. Seems like a great kid but it is what it is.

We don't know that. We do know Manning has a lower floor. That's undeniable.

The kid that was raised by 3 NFL HoF quarterbacks?

The one whose family runs the most elite QB camp in the nation?

The one that has had the best, most elite QB coaching his entire life?

But yes, I am sure someone can finally fix his mechanics now

Based on what? His above average performance in high school against 2-A competition ?

I'll never understand how the guy that destroyed Alabama on the road and had them beat at home couldn't play the same against everyone else.
