Very simple solution and those are standardized test scores. That’s why they are so important. I say that as a person who mostly tests average. Tough shite for me though. The cream should rise to the top in academic fields. I want those people performing surgery or building bridges to be our best.

I listened to a former CIA agent say that whatever new technology is out for public use has likely been in use by US intelligence for 10 years. They are way ahead of the curve as far as use of technology.

God forbid we spend one minute of our lives indulging in something we enjoy.
Overall capitalism has allowed the US to thrive and prosper. It’s allowed millions to lift themselves out of poverty. It’s why so many people from all over the world want to come here. If we can keep from becoming a socialist country things will continue to improve. The more socialism thrives the more desperate a society will become.

If Brady Neal was here last year we don’t win a National Title. Hernandez was a big reason why we won. He was solid defensively and a clutch hitter. I don’t want the 2025 version of Brady Neal near the 2025 team over Hernandez.

Arrambide made some defensive progress over the season last year. I was hoping he’d continue to progress from last year. He has not made the defensive jump.

If we can find one catcher that can play defense like Milazzo or Hernandez that would be great. Right now it looks like Yamin is our only shot at that.
