Gotta be the Kicking game, both FG and Punting for me.

This.

Feels like 2011-2015.

We're back baby.

offensive line.

The pieces are there on paper- but we struggled at right tackle last year, sometimes mightily.

It's hard to gauge how they performed given the nature of our running game and the propensity of our QB to hold onto the ball in the pocket entirely too long.

I think the offensive line will be good, but I really don't know. Kicking game is obviously an even greater unknown, but Deboer doesn't really kick the ball a lot

QB is the difference between us being Top 10 good and Top 4 good. Not specifically concerned about Ty but that’s the reality

QB obviously because that's been our Achilles Heel the last two seasons.

DL is the obvious pick, I think. Unknown quality of the QBs makes them another option.

But I'm going OL. Talent is there, hype is there, but that's all been there throughout the struggle period, so I'm in won't believe it until I see it mode with them.

OLine for me. Think we are solid with Brailsford at C, but I want to see Proctor play with some more explosiveness (be a little more of a glass-eater), the rest are really question marks.

Considering last year we were middle of the pack nation wide in sacks allowed - like 60th or something, I am concerned. Not sure how to balance that stat taking into account Milroe. Obviously, very elusive but also not a decisive decision maker either.

Considering Ty is just cutting his path and our need to keep the D-line rested with sustained drives, I am concerned about the trickle down effect of a bad O-line.

Yep. Special teams are so important.
Coach Bryant used to emphasize them for sure.

grubb said he's confident in the online, and he knows online so I'm not worried about it. He also doesn't seem like a coach speak bullshite guy

I’m hopeful you’re right, but some of the guys he’s confident in I wasn’t very confident in while actually watching them play last year so put me in the “show me” category for the right side of the OL.

I wanted Milroe benched last year, but part of his problems particularly early stemmed IMO from getting happy feet and not trusting his blocking at RG and RT. For a skittish QB who already wasn’t exactly Peyton Manning from a field awareness standpoint that was offensive death because he wasn’t waiting for things to develop or reading the defense resulting in him playing hero ball and trying to do to much himself.

SEC Officiating. Never underestimate Sankey’s ability to hire one of the worst officiating crews in cfb.

Interior defensive line is very thin.
Special teams are unproven.

OL, DL, Special Teams

Idk why anyone would think the OL is going to be good without seeing it in game action first. What has it done that last 2 years to convince folks it’ll be an impressive OL?
