Fans willing to pay $692 can buy seats to the postgame press conference following the Oklahoma-Michigan game in Norman.
As part of the “Magic Memories” packages being sold by Oklahoma’s athletic department, the postgame media access can be had for two fans as observers only, without the opportunity to ask a question or otherwise participate in the media availability with head coach Brent Venables and players.
Yikes, Magic memories huh?

Those pressers are pretty damn boring. I can buy a lot of beer for $700.

How in the world did they come to that number?

At what point do they sell the opportunity to do the team's laundry after a game?

Paying $700 per ticket to see a team that might make it above .500 is a tough sell.

700 dollars for a press conference? I am pretty sure I paid that amount for my GF(at the time) and I to go to the 2006 SEC title game and had good seats...now it buys press conference tickets.

It sounds absolutely stupid to me and I wouldn't pay $700 to hear any living person speak, much less a press conference. But someone will be dumb enough to do it

Some of you sound so retarded … lsu steals money from hospitals to raise funds . Who gives a shite if someone wants to pay the money so be it .

Want a chance to yell at the HC on live TV what an idiot he is for a decision that cost the team the game while simultaneously getting banned from all future team events? That will be $700 please

Ha. I mean, that’s not a bad idea really.

Genius!
Is it? Do they get to ask questions?
Cause $700 is nothing to ask some pointed questions and start a media shitstorm with a coach.

They do not.

For $700, I should be able to ask questions. Hell, regular fans who are non-media may ask better, more pressing questions than the standard media.

I knew OU was having some financial issues but this is just sad. OU Guy is definitely paying to do team laundry on Sunday
